Shipping Method

All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of ordering and shipped via UPS ground service or USPS unless otherwise noted. Special delivery may be available at additional cost – NDA, 2nd Day Air, Saturday delivery, International Orders, etc. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.

Pricing Policy

Trusty Steeds is not responsible for any pricing errors on the internet or in any of their catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are available on www.trustysteeds.com

Returns

All returns to Trusty Steeds must have prior approval from staff and require a RA (Return Authorization) number. We will not accept ANY returns without a RA number. Returned items will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of invoice and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include a copy of original invoice with all returns. All returns must be packaged so contents will not be damaged in shipping. Item must always be in original condition and be able to resell or credit/refund will not be given.

After 30 days, returns will be at the discretion of Management. Freight charges will only be reimbursed if a defective item or incorrect item was shipped to you. Otherwise all freight charges are always the responsibility of the customer.

Trusty Steeds will take full responsibility of all charges if item(s) being returned is not what customer originally ordered.

Back Orders

We will always strive to have as many items available to our customers when needed – however sometimes we may not have the quantity available. We will notify customer as soon as backordered items arrive and will ship accordingly.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive an item(s) that have been damaged due to shipping please notify us and the shipper immediately for further instructions. Notifying of damaged shipments over 15 days old will not become the responsibility of Trusty Steeds. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer and the shipper (UPS, USPS, etc.)
